Description
Meet the ZeoDeo Classic Litter Box: our own take on the dual-layer system that keeps litter dry and odor under control, now available in three colors designed to fit your home. Zeolite pellets sit on the upper grid and naturally neutralize ammonia as it forms, while liquid passes straight through to an absorbent pad in the pull-out tray below, so the pellets stay dry and nothing gets tracked through the house. This starter kit comes with everything you need to get going: the litter box, a scoop, and a 30-day supply of zeolite pellets and absorbent pads.
Specs
- Weight: 4.6 kg (10.1 lb)
- Shipping box dimensions: 56 × 41 × 20 cm (L × W × H).
- Assembled litter tray dimensions: 55 × 40 × 26 cm (L × W × H), with a 13 cm front entry height.
- Colors: Dark Anthracite, Oyster White, Stone Grey
- System: dual-layer tray with pull-out pad compartment
- Includes: litter tray, scoop, 1.81 kg of zeolite pellets, 5x absorbent pads – a full 30-day starter supply
Assembly Procedure
- Place the top part onto the base, apply slight pressure, and gently adjust the lid until the fasteners securely lock into place.
- Place the absorbent pad in the tray with the absorbent side facing upward. Ensure the edges are not folded inward and form a tray-like shape, so that the liquid is retained in the pad and does not leak into the tray.
- Pour the granules (pellets) onto the grid. One package (1.81 kg) provides the required amount (1.59 kg, plus an additional 220 g to compensate for natural pellet loss). Ensure the layer thickness is 2-3 cm.
- The box is ready to use.
Care & Maintenance
Daily
- Remove solid waste from the tray using a dedicated scoop as soon as it appears.
- Sift the clean pellets with the scoop. If any pellets become soiled, dispose of them in the bin.
- Add more pellets as needed to cover normal pellet loss.
- If your cat has loose stool, remove the affected pellets right away and add fresh ones.
Replacing the Absorbent Pad — approximately once a week
- Rotate the urine pad tray halfway through use to distribute liquid evenly, as cats often urinate in the same spot.
- To check whether the absorbent pad needs replacement, lift one corner of the pad. If liquid appears at the fold, the pad is fully saturated and should be replaced.
- Carefully remove the used absorbent pad without spilling any liquid. Ensure the tray remains dry, then install a new absorbent pad.
- Replacement frequency depends on the size and number of cats. For one average cat: every 7 days.
Pellet Replacement — approximately once a month
- Remove the lid from the litter box and carefully empty the used granules into a disposal bag.
- Clean the grate and other parts of the litter box thoroughly using soap or a disinfectant solution.
- Wipe the cleaned parts dry with paper towels and reassemble the litter box.
- Add fresh pellets from a new pack onto the grate, ensuring a uniform layer.
- Place a new pad in the designated tray at the bottom of the litter box.
- Replacement frequency depends on the number and size of the cats and on their diet. Standard interval: 30 days for one average-sized cat or two small cats.

Introducing Your Cat to the Box
In most cases, cats start using the new litter box immediately when it is placed in the usual location. If not, follow the recommendations below — take these steps one at a time rather than making all the changes at once.
- Introduce the cat to the pellets. Add an adequate amount of granules into their old litter box, mixing them with the old litter filler. Allow the cat to become accustomed to the pellets.
- Place the new litter box with granules next to the old one. You can also remove the top edges of the new litter box if your cat prefers the absence of high edges.
- Stop cleaning the old litter box. Eventually, the cat will choose the clean, new litter box and start using it.
- Remove the old litter box.
Every cat has its own unique personality, so patience is the key!
Safety
The package contains no edible items; none of the components are intended for human or animal consumption. For external use as cat litter only. Keep out of reach of children. If granules get into eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water. Do not flush pellets down the toilet, they do not dissolve in water — dispose of according to local regulations.
